The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine jointly with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) implements a programme for providing farmers with temporary grain storage facilities (grain sleeves). Thanks to the support of the governments of Canada, Japan, and the Minderoo Foundation, Ukrainian farmers will receive about 31,000 grain sleeves, each with a capacity of 200 tons, which will provide storage for 30 percent of the country's total requirements.
