• Representatives of Lviv region communities joined training sessions on combating AMR

    On June 16–17, a new series of training sessions for representatives of territorial communities took place in Lviv as part of the “Achieving Results and Supporting Epidemic Control” (EpiC) project, implemented with the participation of the Association of Ukrainian Pig Breeders (AUPB). The training focused on communication strategies for the responsible use of antibiotics in animal production and on combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

    On June 3–4, training sessions for representatives of territorial communities were held in Odesa, focusing on communication about responsible antibiotic use and combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The events were organized within the framework of the international EpiC project with the participation of the Association of Ukrainian Pig Breeders (AUPB).

  • Odesa to host a series of trainings on responsible antibiotic use in livestock production

    A series of trainings on the responsible use of antibiotics in livestock production and the fight against antimicrobial resistance (AMR) will take place in Odesa on June 2–4. The events will be held within the framework of the international EpiC project with the participation of the Association of Ukrainian Pig Breeders. Representatives of territorial communities will take part in the trainings, while a separate session is also planned for specialists of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

  • Producers learn to operate under new veterinary requirements: results of trainings in Poltava

    On May 5–6, a series of practical trainings on the responsible use of antibiotics in livestock production took place in Poltava as part of the international EpiC project, with the participation of the Association of Ukrainian Pig Breeders. The focus was on practical solutions for working under new veterinary regulations.
