35 Experts Will Discuss the Most Relevant Topics for Pork Producers During the CPPP 2023

CPPP 2023 will include 2 sections, 6 discussion panels, more than 10 hours of useful information and an outdoor barbecue! This year's event will bring together more than 300 participants. Section Management and technology
The working panel «Prospects for pig production in Ukraine» will combine the following topics:

  • trends in the pork market
  • support programs for the agricultural sector in 2024 and available grant programs
  • Is it worth increasing capacity?
  • available financial instruments or where to get funds to start or expand a business
  • what is the European future of domestic pig production?

Invited speakers: Taras Vysotskyi, First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Vladyslav Karpenko, Head of Productivity Development and Market Access at USAID AGRO, Oleksandra Bondarska, Head of Analytical Department at the Pig Producers of Ukraine Association, Mads Kring, owner of the pig farm Rønshauge (Denmark).

The working panel «Energy Independence in the Agricultural Sector» will focus on practical experience of powering a farm from solar panels, development of biomethane production projects, bioethanol production — a new trend in the market, and a comprehensive solution: cremators with a heating system. The Association of Ukrainian Pig Breeders is a non-profit, voluntary organization founded by Ukrainian pork producers. The main purposes of the association are representation and protection of rights and interests of farms of the association, assistance in development and introduction of new technologies for efficient production of pork, expansion of sales markets, and protection of domestic sales market.
