International partners are co-financing the purchase of polymeric sleeves and structures for grain storage, as well as equipment to load grain into the sleeves, many of which will be suitable for reuse during future harvests.

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), with financial support from Canada, Japan and the Minderoo Foundation, provides for a storage requirement of 6.2 million tonnes.

Agriculture Resilience Initiative — AGRI-Ukraine, founded by USAID — US Agency for International Development, provides 1.7 million tons of storage.

Howard G Buffett Foundation — 0.676 million tons.
