The first grants have already started coming to the accounts of the program participants. In particular, a farm from Chernivtsi and Kyiv regions has already received funding.
As of the end of September the participants of the project are agrarians from 14 regions of Ukraine (Odessa, Poltava, Ivano-Frankovsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Volyn, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia, Cherkasy, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Ternopil and Dnipropetrovsk). The total area of participating farms is 477.74 hectares. The grants amount depending on the area are from 360 thousand UAH to 10 million UAH per beneficiary.
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy has already received 110 applications from the OshchadBank, 32 of them have been agreed upon.
Recall that under the terms of the program the area of land for the development or establishment of a garden must range from 1 to 25 hectares.
Also among the main requirements of the program is the creation of jobs in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Order of granting funds. In addition, the project provides for co-financing: 30% of own funds provided by the participant and 70% - the state. These funds can pay for any costs associated with the agreed planting project.
