FG "VKiK" is a new member of the Association of Ukranian Pig Breeders

In early November, a new farm "VKiK" joined the Association of Ukranian Pig Breeders.

FG "VKiK" is a closed cycle enterprise for 1250 sows, located in the Oleksandrivskyi district of Kirovohrad region. In addition to pig breeding, they are engaged in crop production, the grown feed raw materials are processed at their own feed mill and used for feeding pigs. The structure also includes a meat processing plant. The plans are to completely reorganize the farm, renew the herd and re-equip the premises.

"The time is such that we need to unite to survive! We decided to join the Association in order to have timely information about the state of affairs in the industry and the latest changes in legislation. Information support is an extremely important element in the work", comments Andrii Kuzik, the head of the farm "VKiK".


Association of Ukranian Pig Breeders is a non-profit, voluntary organization founded by domestic pork producers. The main goals of the association are representation and protection of the rights and interests of the farms of the association, promotion of the development and implementation of new technologies for efficient pork production, expansion of sales markets, protection of the domestic market.
