During the martial law period agrarians received more than 25 billion UAH of soft loans

Since the start of the State program «Affordable loans 5−7-9%», business entities have received 54 560 loans from authorized banks for a total of 171.23 billion UAH, of which 35 184 — from banks in the public sector for a total of 69, 08 billion UAH (as of February 13, 2023).

During the last week, 322 concessional loans worth UAH 1.18 billion were extended under the Program, of which 258 loan agreements worth UAH 0.62 billion were concluded by banks of the state sector of the economy.

During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 19,738 loan agreements totaling UAH 81.61 billion (including 14,708 loan agreements totaling UAH 42.44 billion by public sector banks) were concluded under the state program «Affordable Loans 5−7-9%», of which:

— 0.83 billion UAH — for investment purposes;

— UAH 6.69 billion as anti-crisis loans;

— UAH 4.36 billion — as refinancing of previously received loans;

— 25.86 billion UAH — loans for agricultural producers;

— UAH 43.85 billion — for antiwar purposes.
The program is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF). The only member of the BDF is the Ukrainian government, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all aspects of the Fund.
