According to the above decree, grant recipients develop projects for planting and projects for construction of modular greenhouses and submit applications through the Single State Web Portal of Electronic Services.
As of August 9 this year, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy has received 58 checked applications for consideration and 13 positive decisions on grants have been made. A number of documents are currently under review and processing in the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
At the same time, having analyzed the checked applications received from banks with projects of plantation and projects of modular greenhouses, we must note the system disadvantages that do not allow business entities to use this decree and receive a grant for the creation or development of horticulture, berry and viticulture, and the creation or development of greenhouse facilities
Among the main shortcomings: the lack of properly developed projects of planting trees and projects for modular greenhouses, the area of the land in the application does not correspond to the area of the submitted project of plantations, the discrepancy planting projects to the criteria set out in Annex 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on the decision-making grant for the establishment or development of horticulture, berry and viticulture, approved by order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on July 12 2022.
