Farms that lost animals or production for which they received state support as a result of the war may not get their money back

According to Decree 107, farms that received reimbursement of the cost of breeding animals, cereals and livestock facilities, or subsidies for cows of their own growth, were required within a certain period to return the budget funds in the case of a reduction of the livestock for which they received state support, or alienation of not intended use of the object. This is reported by the Association of Milk Producers.

However, the CMU decree ¹ 960 dd August 27, 2022 abolished this requirement for farms that lost animals or production facilities, on which they received state support because of the war.

Condition: the farm must confirm the cause of the losses with documents on accounting of long-term and current biological assets in agricultural enterprises and/or a document on inspection of the facility damaged as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation compiled in accordance with the established procedure.
