The process is at its final stage and in the near future the Ministry of Agrarian Policy will present new programs to support small farmers. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky during a press conference at the "Ukrinform". Thus, the National Council on Reconstruction of Ukraine from the Consequences of War was created, which has prepared the Draft Plan of Reconstruction of Ukraine in the direction of "New Agrarian Policy" presented during the Conference on Reforms in Ukraine (URC 2022) in Lugano. The document outlines a three-level model and contains a plan of action in the agricultural sector for the wartime period, post-war reconstruction and the subsequent stage of development. It has been adopted and taken as a basis for implementation. You may read more about the Project here.
