For the purpose of organizing the reservation of enterprises, institutions and organizations subject to martial law, please consider the following information.
In the preamble to Cabinet of Ministers Decision No.
2022 № 194 "Some issues of reservation of persons liable for military service under the legal regime of wartime" (as amended by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on March 07, 2022 № 218, May 20, 2022
Resolution No. 615) (hereinafter - resolution) stipulates that the regulatory legal act of the Government has been adopted in accordance with Articles 12 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "On mobilization training and mobilization" (hereinafter - Law).
Article 25 of the Law stipulates that persons liable for military service, working in public authorities, other state bodies, local self-government authorities and enterprises, institutions and organizations, which have mobilization tasks (orders) are subject to reservation, if it is necessary to ensure the functioning of these bodies and implementation of mobilization tasks (orders).
This also applies to the corresponding spheres of governance and industries of the agro-industrial sector of the national economy as regards meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, civil defense forces, national economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population under special period conditions.
