As stated in the document, the revenues of the state budget next year are expected to amount to 1.329 trillion UAH, while the expenditures are expected to amount to nearly 2.581 trillion UAH. Thus, the budget deficit ceiling is 1.297 trillion hryvnyas.
The nominal gross domestic product of Ukraine in 2023 is planned at the level of 6.279 trillion UAH, and the real GDP may grow by 3.2% compared to the indicator of this year. The inflation next year may slow down to 28%, compared to 29.3% in 2022.
As for the state support of agrarian sector, according to the first deputy minister of agrarian policy and food Taras Vysotsky, «there are no classic programs for Ukrainian agrarians» in the budget of the next year. The document for the year 2023 contains only 1,35 billion hryvnias for grants for establishing orchards and 20 billion hryvnias under the program «Affordable credits 5−7-9».
The attraction of additional funds to support the industry is planned at the expense of international aid programs.
