In a statement from Jim Long, it was mentioned that the Canadian company Canada ZF Investments has become a shareholder in Genesus Inc., which will enable faster development in the global market.
Regarding the company's business in Ukraine, Genesus, in collaboration with its partner company LLC "Genesus Ukraine," opened a nucleus farm in Ukraine in 2024 to localize the production of all three breeding pig breeds — Yorkshire, Landrace, and Duroc.
Additionally, the company is currently working on opening a nucleus farm in continental Europe, which will help avoid difficulties associated with exporting animals from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
