Over two days, customers, partners, researchers, veterinarians, industry experts and swine professionals exchanged perspectives on one key ambition: building a more robust, resilient and sustainable swine industry.
The programme brought together international experts from Europe and the United States to explore some of the key challenges shaping the future of pig production. Discussions covered genetic robustness and resilience, sustainable performance, sow productivity, nutrition, animal welfare, digitalisation, precision data collection and the growing role of technology in supporting better decision-making on farms.
Axiom experts also shared insights into the company’s genetic strategy and its approach to balancing performance with other essential traits, including animal robustness, vitality, longevity and efficiency.
Beyond the conferences and technical discussions, the Summit created an opportunity to connect people and expertise from across the global swine industry. Solution Stations, networking sessions and informal exchanges encouraged participants to share experiences and perspectives from different markets.
The event also provided an opportunity to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Axiom brand, built on more than 40 years of genetic expertise.
More than just a seminar, this first International Summit marked the beginning of a new platform for dialogue, collaboration and innovation within the global swine industry.
