The Association considers it unacceptable to spread unproven allegations against a professional public official who, under challenging conditions, ensures systematic work in the interests of the agricultural sector, supports the industry, and consistently defends its interests. Any accusations cannot be considered proven until a court decision is issued. It is the court that establishes all the facts of the case, evaluates the evidence, and delivers the final judgment.
At the same time, we emphasize the importance of maintaining a constructive approach, especially at a time when Ukraine’s agricultural sector requires consolidation of efforts, effective representation, and proper protection of its interests on the international stage.
We also recall that in the first months of the full-scale invasion, ensuring food security was a key priority for the state. Under martial law, disrupted logistics, and high uncertainty, management decisions had to be made swiftly and were aimed at stabilizing the situation. Thanks to the professionalism of Taras Vysotskyi, his dedication, and results-oriented approach, the sector was sustained, disruptions in food supply were avoided, and food security was ensured during the most difficult period.
The Association of Ukrainian Pig Breeders emphasizes that only an objective, impartial, and professional court review can serve as the basis for conclusions and decisions.
