According to the share of their GDP, which is estimated for assistance to Ukraine, the largest contribution was made by Estonia (1.3% of GDP bilaterally and through the EU), Latvia (1.1% of GDP), Poland (0.7% of GDP), Lithuania (0.7% of GDP); Slovakia (0.5% of GDP).
The leaders in the volume of military assistance are the USA (22.9 billion Euros), Great Britain (4.1 billion Euros), the EU (3.1 billion Euros), Germany (2.3 billion Euros) and Poland (1.8 billion Euros).
In terms of financial assistance, our main donors are the EU (ˆ30.3 billion) and the USA (ˆ15.1 billion).
Equally important is the assistance to our citizens who were forced to go abroad because of the war.
The volume of aid to them from Poland is estimated at 1.0% of GDP of this country, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria - 0.8% of GDP, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - 0.5% of GDP.
