«We have made an extremely important decision for our businesses affected by the war to expand the „5−7-9“ program. Now businesses will be able to receive government assistance in the form of interest reimbursement on loans received to restore production. The decision will help to restore the production and export potential of Ukraine and the state economy as a whole. According to our estimates, several hundred to a thousand enterprises whose property was stolen, destroyed or damaged as a result of hostilities will be able to take advantage of the program. Our goal is to restore the business activity of these enterprises as soon as possible so that people could work again,» said First Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko.
According to the adopted decision entrepreneurs will be able to get a loan to restore the production facilities at 9% for a period up to 5 years in the amount of up to 60 million UAH (excluding previously issued loans under the state support programs). The fulfillment of obligations on such loans will be partially (up to 80%) guaranteed by the state.
