Corn is Ukraine's main grain export in June

According to operational data of the State Customs Service, as of June 8 from the beginning of 2021/22 MY (July 1) Ukraine exported 47.281 million tons of grain and leguminous crops. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, writes APK-Inform.

Export shipments from the beginning of this month is estimated at 252 thousand tons.

By crops from July 1 to June 8 were exported:

wheat — 18.587 million tons (in June — 17 thousand tons);

barley — 5,688 million tons (in June — 9 thousand tons);

rye — 161,9 thousand tons (in June — not shipped);

maize — 22,538 mln tons (in June — 225 thou. tons).

The total export of Ukrainian flour from the beginning of the season to the reporting date was estimated at 72 thousand tons (in June — 0.9 thousand tons), including wheat — 70.3 thousand tons (in June — 0.8 thousand tons).
