Wheat prices continued to fall

Wheat prices continued to fall after finding no support in the December WASDE report. This was reported by Barva Invest analysts.

March Chicago futures were down $ 0.12/bu, European wheat prices were down € 4.5/t, while Black Sea wheat remained the same:

March Chicago wheat contract (ZWZ2) — $ 7.34/bu;
March contract of wheat on Euronext (EBMZ2) — $ 302.75 / t;
March Black Sea wheat contract (BWFZ2) — $ 317.75/t;
DAP Ports (11.5%) — $ 216/t;

DAP Izov (11.5%) — $ 220−225 per ton.

Ukrainian wheat prices remain at the same levels.

Corn quotations by the Friday trading results practically did not react to December WASDE report. March futures for American corn rose by $ 0.01/bu, while Black Sea corn fell by $ 0.25/t:

Chicago (ZCZ2) March corn contract $ 6.44/bu;

March Black Sea corn contract (BWFZ2) — $ 254/t;

DAP Izov — $ 200−210/t.

Corn prices in the Ukrainian market remain in a stable range.
