rts."Since the first day of the full-scale invasion, we have been working with the European Union to develop infrastructure projects for the development of alternative logistics routes. In particular, over the past year we opened a new road border crossing point on the border with the EU states, increased the capacity of two existing points and improved rail logistics on the border. Besides we expect that this year we will prolong the Agreement on liberalization of road transportations by road between Ukraine and the EU, the validity term of which expires in June. Thanks to it Ukrainian carriers received free access to the European market, which in turn had a positive impact on trade turnover between Ukraine and the EU", Deputy Prime Minister on the reconstruction of Ukraine - Minister of development of communities, territories and infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov said during a joint meeting of the Government of Ukraine and the European Commission.
Deputy Prime Minister also thanked the European Commission for launching the Donor Coordination Platform and invited the European partners to audit the international donor aid provided to Ukraine.
In addition, Oleksandr Kubrakov urged European colleagues to support the continuation of the "Grain Initiative".
