In Ukrainian ports of Danube and Greater Odessa, according to the monitoring data of IA "APK-Inform", the demand prices for wheat rose slightly last week.

The prices are supported by the positive dynamics of the Ukrainian grain shipments (if we compare it with previous months since the beginning of the war) and hope for its preservation. The growth of prices was promoted by the situation on the domestic market amidst restrained sales by farmers and increased competition for purchases between traders and processors.

Moreover, while at the beginning of the "grain agreement" most traders were focused on export of accumulated stocks, during the last weeks purchases of grain at the unblocked deep-water ports have become more active. However, grain exports from the Black Sea ports are going slower than we would like, so prices remained at a low level corresponding to the prices at the Danube ports.

Demand prices for 2nd, 3rd class and forage wheat with delivery to the ports of Danube and Great Odessa at the end of last week rose to 180-205, 170-200 and 140-170 USD / t, or 7500-8400, 73006 6800 UAH / t CPT-port.
