Deferments from military service are prolonged

The term for which the period of validity of draft deferments during mobilization, provided to the persons liable for military service by respective decisions of the Ministry of Economy and Economy, according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 03.03.2022 ¹ 194 "Some issues of reservation of persons liable for military service under the legal regime of martial law" is prolonged from one to two months.

Consequently, the deferments, granted to military recruits by the decisions of the Ministry of Economy, which are not expired as of 10.11.2022 (the date, from which the Decree came into force), including the deferment extended for two months by the decision of the Ministry of Economy, are prolonged automatically for two months.
