The Government continues to create the best conditions for Ukrainian business, realizing that it is business that is the foundation of economic growth and recovery. This was stated by Prime Minister Denis Shmigal during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on June 14.

«After the outbreak of full-scale war we have issued weekly affordable loans for an average of more than 2 billion hryvnias. This has allowed thousands of Ukrainian entrepreneurs and their employees to resume work. Therefore, 5−7-9 will not go anywhere. The rates under this program will continue to be preferential. Now we are working to simplify the conditions for obtaining such loans, «- said Denis Shmigal.

Prime Minister assured that an increase in the NBU discount rate will not affect the programme «5−7-9»: «The programme has been, is and will be. Despite the situation with interest rates and the decision of the National Bank, we will develop the program so that small and medium-sized businesses not only survived, but could grow.
