The training brought together veterinary inspectors, authorized veterinarians, and other SSUFSCP specialists responsible for enforcing veterinary legislation and ensuring the safe use of veterinary medicinal products.
During the training, participants reviewed the latest requirements of Ukraine’s veterinary legislation regarding the prescription, use, and record-keeping of antibiotics, as well as approaches to monitoring antimicrobial resistance.
The practical component included case studies and simulations of typical inspection scenarios, allowing participants to practice inspection procedures and exchange experiences on implementing new regulatory approaches in their daily work.
