AUPB extends international cooperation to Japan
On August 4, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI), and the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine (Mineconomy) jointly established the Tripartite Industrial Policy Dialogue[NN1] . During the Ukraine-Japan Economic Reconstruction Promotion Forum, eight Japanese companies announced the signing of 14 agreements with Ukrainian businesses and business associations, scientific institutions, and local authorities under the “Green industrial recovery project for Ukraine through technology transfer from and the co-creation of new business with Japan’s private industries” supported by UNIDO and funded by financial contribution of METI. One of the documents presented was a Memorandum of Understanding between Eco-Pork Co., Ltd. and the Association of Ukrainian Pig Breeders (AUPB).
